Enquiry privacy notice

Australian Forest & Garden Pty Ltd collects the name, phone number, optional email, town and property details you provide when requesting a robotic mower site assessment.

How we use your details

We use these details to respond, assess suitable mowers, arrange a visit and keep track of your enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored in our private website database, accessible through our restricted editor. Our website hosting and email service providers process information to operate the form and send enquiry notifications. Information may be processed outside Australia. When email notifications are enabled, an enquiry copy is sent to moses@wfg.com.au.

Retention and your choices

Enquiries expire from the website inbox after 12 months and are removed through routine housekeeping. Email copies are managed separately in our mailbox. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your enquiry details, or raise a privacy concern.
